Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said that the group envisioned Southville City as a township for multi-generational living. Southville City consists of residential and commercial spaces, and all the precincts will be gated and guarded. The developer plans to feature 70% residential components, while the remaining 30% will be turned into commercial products.
In Southville City, Mah Sing launched Savanna Executive Suites in 2013 with units priced from RM318,000.
